NuCare Carolina Ambulance Inc. has an immediate opening for Operation Supervisor with our Rowan Division located in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Rowan division program assuring departmental policies, procedures, and standards of care are met. The Supervisor will assist in the administration, supervision, and evaluation of patient care and employee performance under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager. Provides daily support and guidance to personnel and customers through continuous contact. Will assist personnel with opportunities for professional growth and development with necessary coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in EMS as an EMT-P including at least one (1) year of Supervisor experience required. National certification in the paramedic field required.
Employment Type: Full-Time/40-hour work week
