Guilford County Emergency Services, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is located in the central portion of the state. We are the sole prehospital 911 provider for our more than 500,000 residents and daily visitors. We respond to over 50,000 calls per year and offer several shift patterns. GCEMS is known for its progressive protocols and in-house Paramedic Academy which allows well qualified EMT’s to gain certification as a Paramedic while working. We are currently expanding and have openings for full and part time Paramedics/EMT’s.
