Flight Paramedic

We currently have per diem opportunities in the Ely, NV and Susanville, CA areas. Our natural habitat is flying in mountainous terrain to rural airports and saving lives, thanks to our outstanding pilots and medical crews. Our impeccable safety record speaks for itself, with four bases and five designated air ambulance aircraft. American Medflight is FAA approved to use global position satellite technology for navigation and approaches, and is also very proud to be a designated AHA training site. This year, we were the premier provider for Burning Man.


Qualifications:
Obtaining a position as a flight Paramedic with AMF is dependent upon a pre-employment physical exam.
We prefer four or more years field experience. CCT or previous flight experience is highly desirable.

Required Licensure: NREMT-P Nevada and California

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS. ITLS may be substituted for PHTLS. NRP highly desirable.

Certifications that will get you noticed: FP-C, CCEMTP, or CCP
