Righttime Medical Care, the leading Urgent Care provider in Maryland is growing and we are looking for a hardworking and high energy Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our Call Center / Communication and Resource Center (CRC).
The ideal EMT would be responsible for answering and responding to calls coming in on the Physician Access Line/Sports Injury Hot Lines and support the Call Center and healthcare facilities with patient triage and documenting outcomes in EHR. The EMT will also be responsible for receiving, reconciling, coordinating and serving as repository for charts identified for CMO review and record, monitor and report on policy and procedure compliance. The position consists of a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
