Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for experienced Offshore Safety professional
to join the HSE function of an established Oil and Gas company.
The position of Safety Advisor / Medic reports functionally to the HSE Manager and operationally to to the
OIM.
As well as supporting the OIM on matters including heavy lifting,
personnel transfer and hot works, the Safety Advisor will be responsible
for carrying out HSE audits. Knowledge of Oil and Gas HSE standards and
requirements, as well as experience of managing Incident investigations
is required.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified
Medic - able to perform the paramedic scope offshore and a Qualified
Safety Officer - able to work closely with the OIM, offering support and
advice on HSE matters.
