Job Description
OMS is dedicated to providing our patients with sound judgment, compassionate care and excellence in our education. Clients choose our services because of our professionalism, our ability to adapt to their needs, and our high standard of medical care. Our services consist of stand-by medical care at events, which include but are not limited to: Night Clubs, Private Parties, Corporate Events, Concerts and industrial job sites throughout Northern California. At each site, OMS staff are equipped with everything they need to administer Basic Life Support as required by state guidelines and 24/7 access to our comprehensive Medical Board of Physicians.
Additional Information
Our Medical Staff have access to one of our Medical Board physicians at all times. We require that our employees maintain the utmost professionalism at all times. Employees are required to arrive punctually to the event for which they are scheduled. They must have a personal appearance in keeping with the OMS Employee Handbook and EMT-B Guidelines. Employees must have clean/ polished steel-toed boots, navy blue class A EMT pants with reflectors, and a navy blue OMS Uniform Shirt. Jackets, pants, boots and other gear can be purchased through the company at a discounted price, but will not be provided. Employees must maintain a positive attitude and demeanor when dealing with clients or patients, as they are not only representing OMS but they will be representing our clients as well.
Job Requirements
Age 18
Education HS Diploma
Experience EMT Basic Certification
Additional Requirement :
Completed copy of the employment application
Completed W-4 tax form
A copy of your Social Security Card/Passport (can be provide on date of hire)
DMV Drivers History Print-out* (5 year)
A copy of your Driver’s License
EMT/EMT-P certification (NREMT and Local EMS Agency [LEMSA] registration, i.e. NREMT and Sierra Sacramento Valley EMS or any current LEMSA EMT certification will suffice)
CPR certification (All applicants must a current CPR for the Healthcare provider certification)
