NREMT or Louisiana EMT- Basic License Required.

The history of Pafford EMS begins more than three decades ago when Pafford began providing ambulances service in a converted station wagon in rural Arkansas. Since those humble beginnings in 1967, we have evolved into one of the oldest and largest family owned ground and air ambulance services in America. Today, we provide service utilizing 90 ground ambulances, 2 medically configured airplanes and 2 medically configured helicopters, spanning the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma. We are the 911 ambulance provider in the communities we serve.
