Job Description
Paramedics at the Washington County Regional Ambulance Authority-Central EMS provide primary 911 emergency and non-emergency out of hospital care to the sick and injured people of Washington County Arkansas including the City of Fayetteville in the Northwest corner of Arkansas (NWA). State of the art protocols, quality equipment and a friendly work environment are elements enjoyed by Central EMS employees. A good mix of medical and trauma calls in urban, suburban and rural settings provide paramedics with opportunities to use critical thinking skills and perform advanced skills on a regular basis. 12 (day/ night) and 24/48 hour shifts available. NWA has four distinct seasons and gives those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors countless opportunities for activities year-round. Plenty to do in NWA.
