Description:
Acts as a first unit ambulance response person in addition to performing requested functions in emergency room, lab and respiratory care procedures. Participates in second unit call, as well as
other duties as assigned.
Days and Shifts:
Varied 6:00am - 6:00pm & 6:00pm - 6:00am
On-call 6:00am - 6:00pm prior to a night shift and 6:00pm - 6:00am after a day shift
Must orient 10 shifts in the first 6 weeks

Requirements:
Educational/Experience:
- Must have current EMT license in the State of Iowa and have valid drivers license at chauffeur level.
- Complete physical agility testing according to protocol.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well.
