BTech
degree in Emergency Medical Care. Registered assessor, facilitator and
moderator. Current certification as an instructor for AHA training is a
further recommendation. Proof of registration as an Advance Life Support
(Paramedic) professional with the HPCSA At least 3 years relevant
emergency care
training experience. Sound understanding
of HPCSA, SETA & SAQA guidlines. A pro-active results driven focus
with a high energy level and concern for excellence Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills The ability to plan and organise
with a strong commitment to personnel development A valid code EB (code
08) drivers licence and own transport.
Key Outputs:
Quality assurance and management of ER24 learning programmes. Management
and reporting of HPCSA programmes. Development and maintenance of
learning material. Monitoring of experiential learning and CPD Provide
day to day support on learner issues Consolidate and co-ordinate
training and student administration Ensure implementation of statutory
requirements as well as ER24 standards.
