Starting Paramedics can expect to earn between $15.49-$17.27 hourly, based on prior paramedic experience. Paramedics overall can expect to earn between $15.49-$24.41 hourly with our agency. All new paramedics can earn up to a 22% increase in pay within the first year of service!
