Job Description
Greenville County EMS, an Internationally Accredited Call Center, is accepting applications for part-time dispatchers.

Basic computer skills and any experience with a CAD program are helpful but not required.
We are looking for employees who are not only dedicated but also feel like they serve a purpose for the residents and visitors of Greenville County, SC.


Employees will be required to perform a wide range of radio and telephone tasks relating to Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Employees are responsible for answering 9-1-1 (Emergent) telephone calls and providing detailed information to the caller and responding medical personnel.

This can be a highly stressful position. Candidates must be able to multitask, handle stress well and accept constructive criticism.

Candidates must be able to work any combination of twelve hour days, nights and/or weekend shifts.

In addition, all candidates must be able to attend a paid orientation class Monday – Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm during the first two weeks of employment.

Salary Information: Salary: $12.36 per hour
