Starting Pay is $10.00 Plus Call Bonus, Paid Holidays, PTO, Vacation, Paid Training, and PRN Premium, Off on Sundays and Most Saturdays. (Excluding some holidays) To be considered for these postings All Applicants must meet the following requirements: Ÿ Must hold a valid Indiana EMT-B or EMT-A License, and be CPR certified Ÿ Have a Valid Indiana State Drivers/Operators License Ÿ Have a Clean MVR - Previous experience operating an Ambulance is preferred but not required Ÿ Must be able to Successfully Pass a Federal & State Criminal Background Check Ÿ Must be able to submit and pass a Sustance Screening Test Ÿ Must be at least 25 or older Ÿ Must be able to lift heavy loads frequently: (100lbs to 400lbs) Ÿ Must have a minimum of 2 years of field experience working for a BLS Service transporting Dialysis Patients Ÿ Must have an open availability and be available for shifts on M/W/F From 5:00AM to 10:00PM Ÿ Must be available to work 40 or more hours per week Ÿ Must be able to work long shifts Ÿ Must be Proficient is EMS Report/Narrative Writing Ÿ Must have good Computer Skills and be knowledgeable of the Windows XP Platform United Emergency Medical Services, LLC is a drug and alcohol free workplace.
