Job Description
We are looking to hire another member(s) to our team of paramedics. Many of our anesthesia assistants are Medics/Firefighters looking to fill their schedules in a different environment. Responsibilities as a Paramedic/Anesthesia Assistant: *Assist during the induction phase of the case (managing airway during IV placement, passing supplies during intubation, etc.) *Go over post-operative instructions with the parent/guardian *Transport patient to recovery area *Remain in recovery with the patient and parent *Remove IV from patient *Discharge patient Qualifications of the Paramedic/Anesthesia Assistant: *Certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation-Healthcare provider level. *Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support & Pediatric Advanced Life Support *EMT-Paramedic certification *Minimum 5 years experience as a Paramedic This position is for an immediate interview and start date, depending on Paramedic's schedule.
