Location: Middle East
Rotation: 12 weeks in country, 4 weeks out of country
Pay Rate: $400 USD per day – unpaid leave Flights: The company will provide 3 flights per year to home airport
Insurance: The company will provide full insurance while in country Responsibilities and Duties:
- PSD Medic/Team Medic second in command
- Daily supervision of all PSDs under their charge
- Provide detailed in vehicle client pre-deployment briefings, consisting of in vehicle safety procedures and the operational area intelligence situation
- In conjunction with the MES training and operations departments, produce a weekly training program and oversee the delivery of all PSD training on project
- In conjunction with the MES training and operations departments, establish training record cards and provide a weekly summary report
- At least 5 years of experience in military or armed police unit
- Possess a minimum of 2 years previous Iraq commercial experience within a similar role supporting Oil and Gas sector related projects
- Must hold a valid driving license
- Must hold an in-date ALS medical qualifications and relevant medical experience to tier 2/paramedic level
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualification in close protection or country equivalent
- Active experience in the use of firearms, specifically pistols and assault rifle
- In date Criminal Record Check by host country
- Proven ability to work effectively with local/foreign national in a small team
- Knowledge of the project area of operations – Southern Iraq
- Good analytical and communications skill
- Have the following skill sets: communications equipment and voice procedure, navigation and map reading, GPS use, basic infantry tactics, basic vehicle maintenance
- English must be their first language and they should be physically fit for the task
