Primary Location: AR-Forrest City (Memphis, TN region)

Description Responsible for the pre-hospital care of patients who are in need of this care as a result of accident or illness; care provided is based on patient needs appropriate for the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with a patient centered approach to total pre-hospital care. Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians and other healthcare providers. The EMT shall be responsible for assisting with planning, supervising and evaluating the pre-hospital care of patients and for correlating emergency medical care and transportation.
Qualifications Licenses/Certfications:
Diploma or Certification from an accredited School
Current EMT-A certification
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience:
Prior hospital experience preferred
Demonstrates proficiency in pre-hospital care
Good oral communication skills
